1. Who we are
Suroda Inc. is a Delaware corporation ("Suroda," "we," "us"). These terms govern your use of suroda.com and any services or memberships we offer through it.
2. Acceptance
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. What we provide
Suroda develops forensic acoustic and optical detection technology. The site provides information about our work and, when offered, paid memberships that support it. Content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, legal, or forensic advice.
4. Memberships and payments
When paid memberships or donations are offered, payments are processed by Stripe. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at disruptive volume, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The Suroda™ and SonicPrint™ marks, site content, and underlying technology are the property of Suroda Inc. or its licensors. No license is granted by your use of the site.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suroda's total liability arising out of or relating to the site or any membership is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Disputes; governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, contact us at hello@suroda.com — most issues can be resolved directly. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
