1. Scope
This policy describes what Suroda Inc. collects through suroda.com and how we use it.
2. What we collect
Contact form — name, email address, and your message, when you choose to submit them. Payment information — if you purchase a membership or donate, payment is handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) collected by our hosting provider for security and operation of the site.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of processors to operate the site: Google Firebase Hosting (site hosting and server logs), Formspree (contact form delivery), and Stripe (payment processing). Each processes data under its own privacy terms for the purpose of providing its service to us.
4. How we use data
To respond to inquiries, provide and bill memberships, secure and operate the site, and meet legal obligations. That's it.
5. Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and for our records. Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
6. Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@suroda.com. We honor verified requests to the extent permitted by law.
7. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
Updates will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
