Suroda Inc. Announces Commencement of Operations and Launch of Its Directed-Energy and Acoustic Anomaly Detection Platform
Patent-pending SonicPrint™ technology turns everyday phones, computers, and cameras into forensic-grade detection instruments — no special hardware required.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
BOSTON, MA — September 15, 2026 — Suroda Inc. today announced the commencement of commercial operations and the launch of its customer portal, marking the first stage of its directed-energy and acoustic anomaly detection platform rollout. The platform uses existing consumer and commercial devices to detect, verify, and document directed acoustic and infrasonic events.
Acoustic and infrasonic anomalies cause real physical distress and operational disruption, yet conventional systems cannot see them. Suroda closes that gap. Its patent-pending SonicPrint™ technology, covered by a pending application containing 34 claims, isolates specific signal signatures in audio and video and produces timestamped, audit-ready reports with spectrograms, intensity metrics, and a verifiable chain of custody — ready for medical, legal, or facility review. Speech and ordinary ambient sound are never analyzed.
“Directed acoustic energy is invisible and deniable. We built Suroda to make it visible and provable,” said Brian Goss, founder and CEO of Suroda Inc. “There is no proprietary hardware to buy. The phone in your pocket and the cameras already on your building are the sensors. What Suroda adds is the evidence.”
The customer portal at portal.suroda.com is available today. The iPhone app is in App Store review. macOS, Windows, Raspberry Pi, and Ubuntu Linux clients will be released in the coming weeks.
Suroda’s portal analyzes audio recorded on any device. For Ronin and Sensei members, Suroda provides an FTP or API connection for automated delivery of footage from existing security-camera systems. Members view the resulting analysis reports in the portal. No Suroda app is required.
Four Levels of Detection
Forthcoming clients will provide integrated audio recording across all four memberships.
- Suroda™ San ($19.99/month) — Mobile detection. Record on your phone and analyze in your Suroda workspace for evidence preservation.
- Suroda™ Kai ($49.99/month) — Site-based audio. SonicPrint™ Pro records continuously or on a schedule you pick, on your phone, Windows, Mac, or Raspberry Pi. Kai members can upload audio of any length via the portal.
- Suroda™ Ronin ($549/month) — Includes Kai audio capabilities and adds patent-pending video analysis of existing surveillance footage for layered, multidimensional evidence.
- Suroda™ Sensei ($1,299/month) — Includes Ronin plus Suroda’s complete suite of acoustic and optical analysis technologies, delivering the broadest coverage and strongest cross-modal correlation.
